-"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
-Violence is not "speech." It is a failure to communicate.
No one has to like it.
-Internet Service Providers have become the new common carriers. As such they should be regulated by standards of:
*Transparency
*No blocking of lawful traffic
*A Level Playing Field - Not speed for the highest bidder.
*Network Management
-Adherence to these standards should be monitored by an Internet Advisory Committee.
