-Social Security must remain a public benefit.
-Solvency can be achieved through increased wages for workers that adjust for the Consumer Price Index the same way Social Security does.
-Social Security Solvency will be achieved through citizen solvency.
Gamble with this.
-Incentivizing pay increases beyond a Federal Living Wage will help to bolster the system further.
-No solutions to date imagine a United States with a higher minimum standard of living for working people. This is the fundamental flaw. If more people make enough to pay the tax, there will be more money in the fund.
